Nature in Color (Youth!)

Teaching Artist: Rohini Mathur

In this highly engaging workshop, the participants will have fun playing with colors, layering, mark making, and getting messy stamping with fresh leaves and flowers while painting a pretty nature scene on a 6x6" canvas. The participants will get to play with a lot of colors and textures in this workshop. They will also learn how to stamp with freshly picked leaves in an abstract, expressive way in multiple layers, paint a bird with some detailed and intricate Zentangle type doodle designs and finish off with some paper collage work. We will be using simple art supplies along with some everyday use tools.
